Dominion Cathedral, How it all Started
From the Very Beginning
Dominion Cathedral (originally called Dominion Chapel)
Was planted by RCCG Ladipo Oluwole Street at Ikeja and had its first service at Long Life International (now Hackney) Hotel, Ipaja on January 10th, 1993.
Vision & Mission Statement
- To make heaven.
- To take as many people with us.
- To have a member of RCCG in every family of all nations.
- To accomplish No. 1 above, holiness will be our lifestyle.
- To accomplish No. 2 and 3 above, we will plant churches within five minutes of walking distance in every city and town of developing countries and within five minutes of driving distance in every city and town of developed countries.
- We will pursue these objectives until every Nation in the world is reached for the Lord Jesus Christ.

Our Convictions
Creator of Heaven and Earth, who made man in His own image and likeness.
The only begotten Son of God the Father.
The comforter and teacher of all things who dwells within us, uniting us to Jesus Christ.
That Jesus Christ died on the cross at Calvary for the sins of mankind. He rose from the Dead in His glorified body on the third day, and He ascended into heaven where He is seated at the right hand of God the Father.
Which was shed for us at Calvary. It cleanses us of all sin and grants us access into the presence of God.
It is a gift from God through grace and faith in Christ Jesus. That all who believe in the name of Jesus Christ may be saved by turning from sin to repentance and are born again by the Holy Spirit through trusting in His death and resurrection.
Is available to all who believe in Jesus Christ, and is evidenced by the gift of speaking in tongues.
By immersion in water as Jesus Christ was baptized.
Separation from the world unto God – a life of true holiness.
That Jesus Christ will come again to earth in glory and in power. Those dead in Christ will rise first and those alive in Christ will be in the presence of God for eternity.
